Took my car here for the first time because the shop I normally go to doesn't do transmission services, however, it turned out to be something else! The service here was great. They got everything done in a timely manner and for a fair price. When they completed the inspection not only did I get a detailed digital estimate that described exactly what tests they did to my vehicle but it also included pictures of of my vehicle. Great first impression. And also their lobby/waiting room area was very clean.

Our vehicle has been returned twice and continues to have an issue. I understand if they don't have the skills or knowledge but be up front from the beginning as opposed to charging us for various 'fixes'
