I suggest you be careful with these folks. My daughter went in for some work and they included a list of items that needed to be done, including replacing the air filter. I had her decline and I did it for her. Couple weeks later she was in for some different work and they had a whole new list of needed repairs, including replacing the air filter (photo). I checked because I couldn’t believe it and you can see from the photos the air filter is the one I put in, new and clean. NOT the picture they gave her. Wonder how many other “needed repairs” are faked?! Disappointing. They seem busy enough they shouldn’t have to do this type of thing. FOLLOW UP I was contacted by the owner promptly this morning and he explained the situation and I do believe this was an honest mistake. Transparently, I may have reacted too quickly as I was protecting by baby girl. The owner’s explanation appeared honest and sincere and I believe the mistake was unintentional. I appreciate his quick and respectful response to my rating.
