I am a single woman so trying to figure out which garage to trust is a big deal for me...I can not say enough good things about All Auto Care. They have worked on my truck several times and have been more than fair, curtious and gotten me back on the road in a timely manner. This is my forever garage!

I moved to grand rapids a few years ago, and have been taking my vehicles to them that entire time. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the shop, always a good sign! Then the manager was more than fair with his pricing, and gavr several options. (He did this without knowing i knew my fair share about auto repair). Timliness was great and the problems were always fixed as described to me.

I would highly recommend All Auto Care. Jeff and crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I arrived this morning having brake trouble during a drive in from the other side of the state. They helped and didn't try to sell me on additional services. If i lives in GR I would certainly comeback and tell my friends.

Why 5 stars ? Because they have EARNED it. I have been with them at least 5 years and 4 cars. Even though I have been with them a long time I still check around and they are usually still the most reasonably priced. After awhile they know your vehicle and you. They have serviced our Mercedes, Infiniti and Buicks. They have even told me a time or two that I don't need to do a more expensive service. They have even told me also a time or two that I can hold off on doing a service too. These mechanics are top notch and Jeff runs a great shop. The price they quote is usually what they charge. No surprises. No gimmicks. We have never been disappointed and feel that they truly don't try to dig out every dime out of their customers. I wish all auto shops were modeled after All Auto.

Anytime you need anything this is the place to call home for all your vehicle needs. Home always takes care of you and helps you. All Auto Care is Home.

Jeff is a great guy to work with. He's usually dead-on with his timeline, takes the time to explain the job, and always gives a fair and competitive price. I've never had a bad experience with any of my vehicles here. Whether it's for routine maintenance, or If there's something I can't figure out while working on my truck, this is where I take my vehicle.
